First Ride With New Hip
I am bringing in the new year with my first bike ride in three months. I went to my doctor for a checkup and I received permission to return to work and ride my bike. I will not be doing any epic cycling events anytime soon and I promised my doctor to take it easy. My next appointment is in 6 weeks to check my progress. I rode around the neighborhood with my neighbors Alan and Rachelle Bitterman.
